Former Fire Station & Police Station Site, Bletchley, Development Brief [Dec 2022]

In collaboration with MKDP, the Council has prepared a Development Brief for the former Fire & Police Station Site in Bletchley. Preparation of the Development Brief included stakeholder engagement and public consultation over a 6-week period, extending from 26 August to 7 October 2022. A Delegated Decision [DD] to approve the Development Brief was taken by The Leader of the Council on 29 November 2022. The significance of the approved Development Brief is that it helps to pave the way for delivery of the Town Deal Innovation Hub project.
